The TeraRanger USB Adapter allows direct connection between the TeraRanger sensor and a computer using standard USB ports, with no need for extra devices or cabling.  It can also be used as a programmer cable, making firmware updates really easy. It includes a power management system to supply the TeraRanger.  The UART to USB Serial connection transfers measurement data to the USB port.

The TeraRanger will appear on your computer as a USB serial device (Linux/Mac) or COM port (Windows). The TeraRanger USB adapter is compatible with both TeraRanger One and TeraRanger Duo and is an essential item if you need to contact us for post-sales technical support.
