The Single Channel Force Sensor - QA3040P has 2 terminals: V and A. The terminals marked V and A are connected to the voltage and ADC port, respectively. Vin and ADC must be connected in order to run. On the sensor substrate, Vin is marked V and ADC is marked 'A'. Vin can be connected to any of the three V-pads to function.
As the three A-pads are also internally connected, you can connect to any of the three A-pads to function.
