The Solutions Cubed ENC300CPR Easy Roller 300 CPR Quadrature Encoder is a component used for robot position control. This small two-channel encoder can be easily attached to the M12V200 Motor With Rear Shaft For Encoder (RB-Sol-02). When used in conjunction with a position controller, robot position and speed control can be accomplished.

The encoder has a resolution of 300 Counts-Per-Revolution (CPR). When used with the standard M12V200 Motor With Rear Shaft For Encoder, the number of counts per shaft revolution is 6000. An error band setting of 16 will provide load position control to 1 degree (with properly tuned PID settings).
