The BITalino Plugged BT Biomedical Kit is available with the sensors (ECG, EMG, EDA, Accelerometer, Light, LED) carefully snapped off for you;  an RJ22 sockets was also added to the main board and Molex Sherlock plugs to the sensors, so you can use them interchangeably or easily connect your own designs.
